Barb received her Breathwork training under author, teacher and healer,  David Elliott, completing an 8-day intensive on Breathwork healing. During training she learned to use breath to facilitate the release of stuck energy and promote healing.  Barb uses essential oils specifically designed to help promote the release of energy. She is a level 3 Reiki practitioner trained under Reiki Master Jody Umans . Barb received her Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra certification with Maureen Miller of NH Yoga, and her Everyday Kundalini certification with Meg Cautilli.

Barb feels lucky to call Cape May her home. When not facilitating Breathwork sessions, Barb is devoted to volunteering in her community, playing pickleball, going on long runs and spending precious moments with her loving family and friend tribe.
