During a session you will be lying flat either on a yoga mat, a massage table, or a bed. You will want a blanket, and eye pillow. The minimum amount of active breath is 7 minutes, but can last up to 30 minutes, followed by 10 minutes of integration. Breathwork can be done in person or virtually.
What can you feel during Breathwork?
Some people get tingling in various parts of their bodies. Some people get tetnay or “lobster claws” where your hands feel cramped. Others feel lightheaded or dizzy. This is why the practice is done lying down.
